  • 2 cup boiled chickpeas 1/4 cup water from boiled chickpeas 1 tbsp tahini paste 2 tsp garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt as per taste 1/2 cup olive oil as needed 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd 4 black olives sliced Procedure Boil soaked chickpeas in pressure cooker till soft In a mixie jar add chickpeas tahini paste garlic paste lemon juice salt n churn Add water n grind n add olive oil in small portions at a time n grind till smooth paste In serving dish spread hummus Sprikle red chilli pwd n olive slices Place falafel balls over hummus
